Home Delivery Dates.
 
We deliver to Surrey, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire and parts of London only.
 
Delivery to all parts of Surrey is Free.
 
 Deliver charge for Hampshire and Buckinghamshire is £9.00.
Delivery to London is dependent on Order, please call for further information.
 
 NO minimum order size, All payments are due on delivery.
 
Orders can be placed anytime up to 7pm the preceeding Tuesday.

Terms and Conditions.
  • Please enter order in Grams and Kilos or pounds and Ounces. Seafood comes in varying sizes, If you are unsure please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

  • Orders can be placed anytime upto 7pm 4 days before delivery. We are not obliged to give a cooling off period, however we know problems occur and are happy to amend or cancel an order upto 24 hrs before delivery. Cancelation or amendment will only be accepted via e-mail.

 

  • Fish and Shellfish are wild food, we are all victims of consumerism and the premise that all foods are available 24 hrs a day. We will endeavour to supply your order, however please be aware that bad weather, poor fishing and technical failure is a greater part of a fishermans life and ours too. We cannot be held accountable for any failure to deliver on published dates because of this factor.

 

  • Pittenweem fisheries holds NO stock and therefore cannot estimate the weight of Seafood yet to be caught. Any quotes given prior to delivery are approximate. However, we will endeavour to supply as close to your requested order weight as possible.

 

  • We do not as a rule accept credit card payments, due to the high levels of fraud and also charges levied by Card processors. However, if this is a problem please contact us to discuss. Due to bank charges we can only accept Cheques for £50.00 and over.

         Please be aware most of our seafood is caught the day before we deliver. We advise that you do not order for special functions without talking to us first.
